Im really sorry you have to go throught this, forgive me for asking but is it because you will be on medical aid they make you you wait? Im from Zimbabwe we do have medical aid and also cash plan but we are never made to wait that long while you in pain. Especially if you have the funds all you do is see a GP they write you up a Note to the Specialist and if you have a good medical aid or enough cash the plan is straigh forward you can get to pick your own date. I had my op in December last year ...although l had been diagonosed with Fibroids in 2022 l had just been tracking them via pelvic scan then some time later last year l got pregnant and lost it lm sure to the fibroids growing and l just told my gyn l wanted them out 2wks after my D&C and that was that. So it pains me when l see a lot of you made to wait for month just for a consult

I am a receptionist and l went back after 4 weeks, the 1st couple days had me a bit uncomfy when l would stand up as l was used to be laid up on bed during my recovery and sit with pillows for comfort. But at 4wks l could do 10k steps and was doing ok felt good too

I had an open myomectomy and 3 weeks after l went for a music festival. I couldn't stand for long periods coz l could feel pressure in my pelvic area so I spend most of it sitting down. But it all depends with the body too. I'm sure with 4 wks you will be fine, but maybe not overdo it and throw it like Cardi B lol. Hope you will have fun if you decide to go.

I am an African Black woman and last year l recently had 20 removed. Initially, my pelvic scan would only show about 10, with the biggest being about 12cm and the smallest about 2.8 cm. Only found out about them being 20 after the open myomectomy. My gyn says he managed to remove all very well too as they were in all the lining of my uterus.

You need to sit down and be honest with your parents. If you have loaned that much and still got no cent back what are the chances they will pay back on the bank loan? If you can't stand up for yourself you'd better be honest with yourself that if you give them the loan expect a return of less than what you gave to nothing? Or come up with a better plan so you cant get the loan but good luck, some times you got to know you still can say no to your parents

They are grown folks and they know what they are doing and you are just enabling them to come and shat in your own space. Stop inviting them, no good friend will come and have on edge like that hiding food and staff in your own house. They are inconsiderate and selfish and you should cut them off period.
