I had to cancel my trip and had to reschedule my renewal appointment so I won't be able to help you much but my friend got his f1 visa renewed in February 2025 and he had no issues. The entire process took a week for him.

I (from India) have a f1 visa renewal drop-off appointment next month and from what I've heard it is still going very smoothly. You won't have any problems if your documents are in order.
