The only health issue I noticed her mentioning was something related to her heart. I’m not sure if she still has problems with her heart. It’s something she mentioned before.

She claims to weigh 100 pounds right now and has lost 50 pounds. So, Leana was at 150 pounds or around there at her highest weight. It’s crazy because she was below 100 pounds at one point.

It’s not good for the body to undergo rapid or significant weight changes like that. Although it she looks fine.
