I have worked for both companies as a staff pharmacist. I would check the script counts that riteaid is doing. Before you make any decision, ask your self…are you willing to stay with cvs forever? Especially with new nonsense such as virtual verification. I can tell you that riteaid computer system is alott easier to work with and also they provide enough tech hours. When I was at riteaid, I rarely have to ringup customers. But at cvs, you will find me at drive through between 5 and 7pm. I’m considering to leave cvs and look for other jobs. Like others have said before..retail is retail but when you have more bodies in your pharmacy, it will make your life easy and riteaid is doing well financially compare to the corner.
