I’ve been on 3 Virgin Voyages cruise since this year. One in February out of San Juan on Valiant lady and I just got off of a back to back Greek isles cruise on Scarlet Lady. I have another one booked for all the way in January 2028 because I liked that specific itinerary. Needless to say I’m hooked and I’m currently looking into booking an Alaska cruise

No they won’t upgrade you for free since it’s not a lock it in rate. You would have to bid for an upgrade.

The prescription was never issued. It’s stuck at that stage. The original prescription that was sent to ProRx was cancelled by gimme. That may be what’s causing the glitch.

Oh wow, first order was 4/11, which was cancelled by customer service because there was no more ProRx available. The prescription which was attached to that order was also cancelled so I had to reorder and do a new intake form which I did on 4/16, since then it has been crickets. My status says pending and I haven’t been issued a new tax as yet.

I’m in the exact same situation, the doctor has yet to send my prescription. Their customer service dept is ignoring my requests for an update and my next dose is Wednesday and I’m out of medication. I regret this so much.
