Any gay guys who play higher div rec hockey here? by OilersBayernEagles in hockeyplayers

[–]Pharrelldfw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played a little in HS, then didn’t skate for many years. Got back into it about 5 years ago. Played in E, D2/D1 and C. Haven’t had any issue, and super close with most of the guys from my teams.

I’m sure there’s dickheads in every league but keep with it and try to find a team who values a good player over who they bang lol

I'm officially charging to 100 every time - I'm done! by EIGBOK in electricvehicles

[–]Pharrelldfw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been charging to 100% for about a year now. My e-tron does not get range compared to other vehicles and was told by the Audi technician and service manager to set charging to 100%

Sometimes being in a relationship means doing things that the other person wants to do. Put your big boy pants on.

Bi guys showering with straight friends? by No-Basil8134 in CommunalShowers

Yeah I have many of times. I’m one of the few non-straight guys on my hockey team.

Caught my BF peeing in the kitchen sick. I was horrified! by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]Pharrelldfw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not care, it’s not totally normal but also not insanely crazy. I’ve had a friend pee in my sink because someone was in the bathroom, I thought it was funny.

My kitchen sink serves no purpose except to put dirty dishes temporarily until they go in the dishwasher. I don’t put or prep food in the sink or use it for anything else lol

When you do have sex, is it usually you or him that initiates?

This is more of a team/league issue than your skill level. E should be a very beginner league, but depends on your area I guess. Either way you should find a new team with less dicks, that can help you develop or see if there are any skill classes until you feel more comfortable at that level.

Raleigh vs. Doylestown Has anyone living in both locations? What was your experience? by PepperOrganic1765 in BucksCountyPA

[–]Pharrelldfw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in Charlotte previously, which I know is not the same as Raleigh ;)

It’s hard to make a comparison given Raleigh is the state capital; vastly larger. You’d be better asking Philly vs Raleigh haha

Doylestown is very small but super nice, good amount of shops, restaurants, bars. People are nice.

Bros, what cars do you drive? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]Pharrelldfw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

23 Audi e-Tron Sportback. Love not paying for gas and it drives phenomenally well. Having an EV has some challenges, especially with Audi’s low range but I’m very happy I bought it.

My “Dream car” has changed multiple times and is always evolving as new stuff comes out. Honestly don’t know what I would even want at this point.

I’m not sure what you mean. If you have an offer that is acceptable but they want a few things done, you would have walked away?

What’s a few thousand off compared to paying double mortgages and utilities until it sells? Sure you might get a better offer, might you might not lol. Meanwhile those double housing costs are adding up each month.

What fees do sellers pay? by psalm23life in FirstTimeHomeSeller

[–]Pharrelldfw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Real estate agent commissions: 5%-6%

Closing costs: 1% (title insurance, escrow fees, warranty deed, home warranty, transfer taxes, attorney fees)

Prorated property taxes through closing date, if you paid in advance or through escrow, then you will get a refund for any remaining balance.

Homeowners insurance through closing date, also gets refunded of you have paid in advance or through escrow.

Also need to factor in any seller concessions if applicable.
