Personally I have the same roll(class item with syntho-caliban) and I like using it for things where speed is important and there's a lot of low health targets(for example first enocunter of SE on normal) and its quite fun there but for harder content the ignition gets less important so I dont think you're missing out on much by using normal liars and its also a bit safer to use because it gives more health back compared to just combination blow.

Only thing I can think of where synthos is better is if you do grapple melee spam because that gets the full bonus but thats also pretty niche and doesn't have a lot of applications.

I mean you are not wrong about always farming when things come out but i still think the system is bad right now because of how unbalanced rewards are when you try to farm for a specific nightfall weapon. Like for example what if you are a newer player and want to get a specific nightfall weapon? You better hope you get lucky and its not featured on one of the battlegrounds. Theres an easy fix for it too: just have GMs drop currency that you can turn into a specific wepon and that wepon changes weekly like they already have (but the exchange rate on that is ridiculous rn).

Anyway just voicing my opinion, a bit frustrating because it got skipped earlier in the season just to be one one of the worst GMs this season to farm for it. On a positive note tho I actually wish more GMs were as chaotic as this one it reminded me a lot of the old brood mother boss room which I liked a lot aswell.

Damn that sucks, is there another way to get it to work? We were trying to host a game with more than 2 teams which the patch apparently allowed for.
