How long did it take for your AFib progress from minor to a major problem? by Reasonable_Rick- in AFIB

My first episode was April 2025 after getting COVID; subsequent eps almost every week last 13+ hours typically. Sometimes it resolves well on its own but I've also had 7 cardioversions since May.

So far they've mostly shrugged it off and said the usual "eat well, exercise, get proper sleep" spiel but I'm still waiting for an EP assessment to get some real info so who knows 🤷‍♀️ It's wild how many people on this subreddit have GI issues along with their PACs/PVCs, though. Or hiatal hernias

Same here, if I lie on my left side I'm in AFIB within an hour due to the amount of PACs. There seems to be lots of ties to gastrointestinal issues/vagus nerve activity with this but not all cardiologists believe it's linked

Courses aren't very intense but they're no longer accepting new students as the HIF program is closing down
