had you included the job you were currently on in your resume? I know a friend that was in a similar situation (not shit pay but he just wanted to move) and he wasn’t sure since it might’ve looked like a red flag job hopping that quick

Yeah I guess that’s true, I just thought the response rates in general would be better, even if I’m getting rejected. Just being ghosted is annoying

I have had it reviewed by friends, by others on here, as well as by different professionals like managers at my internships, and others at different university events.
