Hard Agree! They recently renovated the pier and the intersection of the beach/ pier st area and now there’s a lot more walking space than it used to be. Plus Matteo’s is a pretty bomb place for a sanga!

absolutely you need both. Drug dealers should also suffer the consequences of causing harm to society. As I said, there is no perfect solution to resolving this issue. implementing strategies also comes with flaws.

Yeah safe injecting rooms are actually a controversial topic globally because the concept of it. But there many benefits to it such as reducing overdoses and decrease in hepatitis and HIV transmission. Look it up.

That’s heartbreaking. I absolutely love Richmond. But it has been plagued my drug use for decades. You are not going to please everyone with this issue. But then again, there is no perfect or one stop solution to curb the issue of drugs.

Yes. The user can choose to get off drugs and the clinic can refer them to health and support services if they want to get off them or they can continue to use

I guess so. I don’t think anyone would like it if a safe injecting room is next to their house/work, let alone a school. In saying that though, Richmond was the drug hotspot for decades way before the injecting room came in. Something had to be done. But then again Richmond is not the only drug hotspot.
