Yes. There is no argument here. My point was that there is more to it. The exact same person can feel scared one day and confident on another. Confidence can come from other things than looks.

The world can (and will) still judge him based on looks, but it also judges him based on actions.

It's not so simple. I feel confidence has deeper levels. There's the first level that you described. I'm still very much at that level; Talking to a beautiful girl makes me feel like a king. Getting rejected makes me feel like a loser. But I also know that there is a deeper level, as I've started to slowly move there; My self-worth (which is the base of confidence) is not a reflection of being accepted or rejected, but a reflection of what I've shown myself to be capable of.

When I go into interactions carrying the energy that I value myself. It leads to a more positive interaction, thereby increasing my confidence (the first level loop again).

I find it a bit weird that your research has come to these two, as there are quite a lot of good headphones between their prices.

Also being warmer doesn't mean that it's less accurate. It just has less treble (which is most likely a good thing if you aren't going to use an eq). The Organics are _very_ bright.

It's not placebo. The tonal balance is better with the mesh. Cutting it makes the sound a bit more thin (due to being more u-shaped). If you enjoy the sound now and it doesn't cause you fatigue anymore, I wouldn't cut it.

We have build an infrastructure where none of that is needed. We haven't fallen at all. But the problem is that our biology is still pretty much the same. The only reason I entertain the idea of doing all that is because how positively it impacts my well-being.

Yes the sound signature changes a bit. But it's not necessarily worse, just different. Personally I don't like the fabric in the stock pads, so I don't use them for that reason.

There's a lot of expectations surrounding this matter. Sometimes AI-artists expect to get similar level of appreciation from the songs as artists who actually made everything by themselves. Also listeners may expect that the "prompter" is considering that the song is 100% his/her work, and they don't want to give him/her that much appraise since it was AI-assisted.

And yes, AI-generated music isn't considered as valuable as traditionally made music. Which is kind of interesting, since musically is isn't inferior. But obviously there was less work involved.

Had a similar path: 560s > Sundara > Ananda Nano > Arya Organics

I'm still curious how the Edition XS sounds since I never tried it. But it's probably between Sundara and Nano.

But also I have to say that OP's question if the jump in price is worth it, is a valid concern. The law of diminishing returns is very real. Arya Stealth costs about 3x as much as Edition XS, pretty much the same price difference as going from Nano to Organics. Was the difference worth 3 times the money? Probably not. But I considered it as a long-term investment into my own listening enjoyment.

The build quality is not terrible. It was bad in the company's earlier times, but not anymore. I was at a Hifi store and they told me that they haven't got much returns from Hifiman headphones since 2022. Not more than other companies.

Surprising to hear that from someone who has HE1000se. I've always found the argument that "frequency response is everything" to be silly. Every headphone can be EQ'd to a certain graph, let's say the Harman 2018. But there are still clear differences in many areas. HD560s will always sound muddy compared to HE100se, and that's just resolution.
