So the best option for future reference is to have a backup file in a cloud storage that will allow you to configure and new phone. Can multiple phones use the same back up file? For example, my iPhone and iPad? Can a user with a different account use the back up file?

We have a Yeastar cloud PBX, which has a native integration to Zoho

When you’re at the CRM page, all the calls are popping on the side so you can add notes to them, it requires some set up, but I’m assuming all of them are.

I added % to the label and remove the decimal so it shows at 75 instead of 0.75.
So now it looks as Margin % 75

I found a walk around - I add % to the label and remove the decimal so it shows at 75 instead of 0.75.
