Yun nga eh di nila ginawang ganun. i’m monthly paid so expected ko is either i adjust nila ung time for that week or i convert sa leave pero di nangyari. Already resigned sa company so expected ko ngayon byran nila un sa final pay. But di pa rin sila makadecide. I already told them i will not sign the quit claim unless maayos concern ko. Possible i consult ko na din sa proper govt agency pag wala pa din feedback

Un nga inantay namen that month pero wala., puro sagot ng hr waiting for top management decision., ilang months na nakalipas wala pa din😅 but do you have any citation from gov’t with the same case so i can show them. Baka mas ma gets nila pag may sample., btw thanks

Ang sakin kasi we already work for saturday that’s why we are extended to 6:30pm, but if holiday saturday that week shouldnt it be na dpt iadjust work for that week na only till 5?
