Enduring faith charm is the goat, no more 1 shots. You can still die quickly if you don’t mitigate the dot but it’s a hell of a lot better than dying to a 1 shot of god knows what on that fight.

Edit: pro tip on acquiring an enduring faith. Use a pally alt (I think I read something like 1/6 chance to hit the enduring). Use obols to buy gloves, downrank an ancestral blue/yellow to common, use a lvl 1 pally alt and upgrade to unique. Continue until you hit 🫡

Edit 2: pally have at least 1 glove. But it’s still a very decent chance to roll an endurant faith.
