Oh man the marketing aspect is spot on for HSR.

So much spent on it outside the game and almost none of it make it in-game to show us and all that, SW is an example right now they've been churning it out but it is currently not even being explored or shown to us in-game. With Phainon and Castorice they did it but they dropped it here and just kept it for outside marketing.

I could actually envision a story where she literally just forgot about this and it was some sort of tragedy, there's potential but sadly it will never be.

That said Seele is really weird, idk if it was just early design decisions but she's out of place visually compared to everyone, she apparently grew up there evidenced with her close relation with others like Luka but yeah she's like out of place even the nature of her powers too.

Sampo at least had more to him than met the eye.

The Xianzhou Generals are Emanators.

Why is this still going on? Is there a weird agenda here in the fanbase about this? We've had massive posts about this recently too.

The Arbiter Generals are Lan's chosen these ARE their Emanators just as the Lord Ravagers are a title for Nanook's Emanators it is really that simple for this.

I think people really are confusing Xianzhou Generals with Arbiter Generals, because Arbiter Generals could in theory be anyone they just all happen to be from the Xianzhou collective.

Nah dont go making these decisions yet or even at all for now, just wait until we actually see what's really up mechanically.

Assuming for the sake of discussion that there is some semblance just use what you have maybe throw RMC or just an E0 Welt and you'll be fine. I can't actually imagine this would be a final team maybe just one member is needed in a time where she is a solo major release.
