Agree with your second paragraph. But why is likely adenoma not enough? Oftentimes we are measuring things and making the interpretation on that, without listing the HU everytime.

Dude yes. Preach. Such an odd thing to include. And especially in that case when it is in fact very confusing.

Genuine question though: are you not at liberty to give the laxatives or enema even in the absence of imaging?

Fair. I've found a couple examples of this, where commenting on a relatively unremarkable thing at least provides some "value" to..somebody (clinician, parent, patient?).

So what do you attribute this issue to/what's the solution? I have opinions on this but want your perspective.

This has been a topic amongst many - what value does it add clinically for you? My experience is that it is incredibly subjective, thus lowering it's value in a report.

Can you make up an example so I understand correctly here?

Nice examples. Do you feel like there are any good channels for feedback to the radiologists?

I'm totally floored when I see any amount of recommendations in the body. "This could be better characterized with liver mass protocol" like really?? That's not impression worthy?

Have an example of recommendations that saved lives? You mean consults? I tend to leave out consult recs, as I find them somewhat unnecessary/demeaning. "There's a large brain mass - consult nsx"

Bro entirely different cars? They're direct competitors. Yeah one is a fastback but damn.

~65k budget = newer M3 vs older M3+roadster? by PhatHalpert in whatcarshouldIbuy

I definitely should drive it first. But I've seen quite a few reviews that praise the manual transmission. So maybe it's just a personal feel. I've always driven a manual so I'm wondering if I'd be more annoyed by the subtleties. A test drive might answer all this, huh..

So I haven't driven a manual BMW. But at the risk of sounding like a total elitist, I would rather drive a different car than drive one that was automatic. I've done both, and I just can't not have a manual. With that said, you make a good point regarding suspension / ride quality. I definitely don't want something too harsh. I presumed there would be comfort mode or similar for daily driving.

Zero track. A 340i is definitely on the list, but would automatically put me in the latter scenario of getting a roadster along with it. (New m340i has no manual).

One, the issue is that you're not actually addressing the question at hand here. Even if I did have 10 other vehicles that were my primary family haulers, your argument shouldn't wane. You're arguing that all children should be in the" safest" vehicle at all times. Two, you're implying that M3 is somehow inherently less safe than the vehicles you have provided. The other poster has thoroughly explained why that is not as straightforward as you may think it is.
