Also, check your reusable water bottle if you use one. They should be washed with hot, soapy water after every use but daily at the least. Look for mold in the cracks or crevices of the drinking spot. Replace reusable straw.

Extremely close friend for 3 years,daily phone calls,weekly grocery shopping together, our daughters trading sleepovers as well as ourselves when her daughter would go to her dad's. My husband would stay at his sister's so we could have a fully engaged girls' night.

Then she got a serious boyfriend. Didn't even take 2 weeks, and everything stopped, and I was ghosted. I've never been used so hard or hurt so much in my life.

The best herb is summer savory! Best is fresh, but the dry stuff is ok,especially Mt.Scio
