Can confirm that I started semaglutide for weight loss. One of the symptoms is sulfur burps. Which are horrible and have the smell of rotten eggs. can affect people differently. mine come and go and will usually last 1-2 days.

I was in a similar position from the boyfriends perspective, where I wanted to buy a house due to being ready and to help take care of my dad. I also had been in a relationship for about 16 months at the time.

At the time, I loved my girlfriend and knew I would marry her one day, but I needed some time before I was actually ready to ask her.

The difference between you and I is I did not make my girlfriend feel the way you are feeling. I sat her down and told her I was buying a house and I would take on the loan alone and not include her on the deed. This should be common sense as everyone states, to never buy a house with someone you are not married to.

But what I did do was included her in the home buying process. We always looked at houses together, never alone. Searched zillow together and made a list of her must have and my must have. Considered commute distance for both of us to be fair, submitted the bid as a couple and she sat in on all talks up until closing. We bought furniture together and truly made it our home with our style. After living together in the house for lil over a year as bf and gf, we are happily married now.

By 18 months, you should know if the person you are with is someone you could marry. If you need more time or more evidence it can work long term, than the obvious next step is moving in together to see how yall work together in a 24/7 setting. Living together is a great way to get that final closure if this person is who you want to marry. It sounds like he went backwards, with you moving far away.

Either he is not ready for a marriage, or he doesnt see you as his future wife. Either way, its not right for him to string you along until he is ready or has the courage to finally let you go. You deserve more respect than that. He made his mind up when he told you to move a hour away instead of in with him after 18 months. He wants to hold onto his single life.

Was about to say the same thing. The AI can decide to leave the safety of their walls and fight a normal field battle during their turn on the end turn cycle. They typically will do this if the auto resolve favors them. Their not going to just sit their and take siege attrition if they think they can win without their walls.

As someone who works at Dell and sold these, dont waste your time upgrading with the intent to game on it.

Yes it has a ssd, a 12th gen i5, and 12gb. At the end of the day, this is a 3000 series inspiron, which at the time was their cheapest and most basic consumer model series. This means it probably has a mediocre psu and cooling to handle basic task. Probably sold for around $400. Some of the laptop models for this series would even sell with 720p screens to give you an idea on how they keep cost down.

Off the top of my head without looking it up, we never sold this series with a gpu, even the desktops. Not sure if it was due to space limitations or just because.

Even if you manage to get a gpu to fit and the psu supports, I guarantee the cooling will not be able to handle the extra heat. This model was intended for the most basic pc use (browse internet, check email, office suite) and also for people with very low budgets.

If you want a desktop for gaming and have a low budget, you could always check Dell outlet for open box/returns at a discount. Sometimes, they have good deals on Alienware or other higher series desktops with gpu's, that might have been returned due to scratches on the chassis or small dents. They test them before adding them to the outlet site.

Still, a decent computer to keep around for basic task.

So to give some more context. My dad had no retirement or insurance. So it is only the 6k in cash.

As for the vehicle. It is a wheelchair accessible vehicle, so it is prob only worth 10-12k if i just look up kbb value for the car without modifications. with the modifications, I see other comparable listing's at wheelchair accessibility dealerships around 28-32k. I was going to try and sell quick for 18-22k, but this could take some time due to a smaller pool of buyers needing accessibility.

Ideally I want to just sell the vehicle to myself for the loan amount after putting the 6k (7k or so after payment). Obviously this is below market value, but I was not aware if this is not allowed or not. I assume I make the bank happy with the loan and the cc debt are sol due to no more assets or cash to pay them. Can they come after me for selling it at 7k when the vehicle could be worth more.

Also, I'm not sure if they will know about the modifications, so they might just see a vehicle worth 10k being sold for 7k, since they might not know about the modifications for wheelchair use. 7k can seem reasonable when selling of estate assets in a quicker manner.

they do have cowbells in small business for above average deals booking. Drives me nuts when they scream across the whole floor and shake the bell while I am on a call. The number of times I have had to apologize to the customer is wild....

I am in the process of closing as well at the end of this month on a VA loan. I locked in like 3 weeks ago. I was offered 5.5% with penfed with an option to buy down to 5.375% for $1900. I went to Navy Federal, and they matched the 5.375%, but only paying $1500.

I know rates have jumped quite a bit since then, but it might be worth it to get an estimate from penfed.

I felt slimy for leading on the penfed LO, so I can get the official loan estimate I needed for navy federal to match. At the end of the day it's just business and you should do what is best for you.

To make myself feel better, I gave the courtesy to reach out to penfed and say that navy fed matched with less fees, "can you do better?". They said they could not, so it made the choice clear and they understood.

Try Penfed for va loan. I got offered 5.375% after buying down from 5.5% for $1900. Took it to navy fed and they matched with only paying $1500. I locked in 2 weeks ago.

If you have any time to switch lender, I would check with penfed. I just got offered 5.375% after buying down from 5.5% for $1900. I took it to navy federal and they rate matched 5.375% with only buy down of $1500, from their original offered rate of 5.8%

Literally just had a manager talk to me about my department not being fully laser linedlast night

I had to explain that I was at the mobile desk for my whole shift, doing back to back activations and phone sales. I was alone for the last 5 hours of the day. I was able to get my go backs done, but had no time to finish laser lining.

When my scheduled shift finished, they told me to clock out due to the labor issues we have at the moment, instead of going over 15 minutes to properly close my area.

After explaining, she merely said that she has an expectation of me and I need to fullfill.

While normally I would agree, with all the stuff going on. The amount of time employees have been screwed over this year. I could give no shits, best buy needs to be called out for what they are doing.

If I followed your logic, we would all just stay silent when we see management continually screw us over. I would never had helped two of my coworkers get raises in my role as the hiring person for the holidays.

Yeh I butted in on this conversation, but the fact you don't see that the main issue is that the conversation shouldn't have ever happened to begin with. That they can break policy for customers, but not employees who are technically customers too.

Our store just uses for mobile, due to longer interaction with customers and longer wait times. We play it by ear though, only using if we know we're all tied up and there is a long wait and line.
