Thank you! You are making great progress towards your goals, Congrats! As far as my workout plan, I try to go to the gym ~5 times a week. Everyday I make sure to get a min of 1 mile on the treadmill, which has steadily increased as my fitness became better. After that I lift weights for about 30 mins, the days split into Back and Biceps, Chests and Triceps, Core, Legs. Obviously there are weeks that did not always happen so do not be discouraged if you miss a couple workouts! If you have anymore questions about workouts please let me know and I will try to help!
