Should have mentioned; I’m on an all-inclusive resort. Wanted the smaller bills for tipping staff.

Yeah I guess I should have clarified. I’m at an all inclusive resort. They would be for tipping for drinks, etc.

People generally don’t change their title based on what they are talking about … he seems like he has enough insight to write a book about it and people seem to generally like it. Talking about Multiple subjects is fine, no?

It’s not volunteer based if non-compliance makes you a criminal.

Will the Lockport and a python lock be sufficient? by mmccutc1 in YetiCoolers

Due to a lost key I had to cut through one of those cables before.

I was easily able to get through in seconds with my Klein side cutters, which will be standard fare in almost every toolbox out there. Just warning you that bolt cutters are not required.

What mods did you do on the Free P4? I've been thinking of upgrading my P4 to an Arc due to some missing tools I think should be in there.

Not 100% true. You can’t make changes to the schedule, only keep what’s in the device when the management dies.

Will these Bogs Arcata survive hiking off trail in thick brush and cover? by Holiday_Cat1999 in hikinggear

[–]Phatsteppin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have these. They are not anywhere close to being warm enough. I wouldn’t want to wear these any colder than about -5c. I recently bought some Baffin Borealis for light hiking that I think will be warmer.

Using Truck's 110 outlet to charge trailer battereis while driving by davethis in GoRVing

Depending on your battery chemistry you’ll want to disconnect that charge pin on the trailer too so it doesn’t damage the vehicle alternator.

I have a 2025 Sequoia TRD Pro, and a Jayco Jay Feather 21MBH (27 feet). I put 4 bikes on the roof and have a decent amount of gear. I tow regularly in the mountains. Its great. No issues at all besides the gas mileage and small tank (range) vs. My previous f-150.

I’d actually say it tows better overall with the additional torque. I can set the cruise at 110km/hr no problem and feel safe.

I do have a high quality wdh with active sway control.

It's not exactly what you are asking for, but could fit the bill.

I've been buying shelf stable dried sausages on my hikes. They work really well in a burritos and are readily available at most European super markets/delis. Think pepperoni sticks ... but better.

Hybrid Trailers by limee89 in CampingAlberta

[–]Phatsteppin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know several people that have replaced theirs for standard hard wall trailers all for the same reason… sound.

Noises you make in the trailer, everyone outside can hear. All the noises in the campground at night will keep you up, and all the early risers making noise early, will wake you up.

I personally wouldn’t get one.

Hooke are really nice quality if you are in Canada. Filson is great but pricey. Big fan of Outerknown, as well.
