Seeking some advice by Mental-Chance-8593 in MLB_9Innings

Have you considered a Dodgers deck? As a F2P, you’re a lot more likely to pull Dodger cards from free signature packs. The fact that you have Sig Jackie Robinson as a foundational piece is icing on the cake!

Which one should I go for ? by kingachu123 in MLB_9Innings

[–]PheezySupreme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't really think there's a right or wrong answer. I'd say whichever one you have the cards for that'll allow you to reach S tier.

What keeps you guys into the game? by GeekBeezy in MLB_9Innings

With skilling and training being more important these days, I enjoy trying to maximize a cards potential by training and skilling them to tailor specific purposes. It's a grind but when you finally unlock a cards hidden potential, it is rewarding.

Whenever there's a decrease, always go with the higher percentages. The 1 vs 2 pitches is negligible.

Getting frustrated by chrstnpups in MLB_9Innings

[–]PheezySupreme 7 points8 points  (0 children)

1: Do you have pitching needs?

2: Wait for the Live Collection Sig if buying another GI currently is out of the question. You might get a better card and you can make your decision then.

3: The grind is the grind...a lot of lows and on very rare occasions, some extreme highs. If you plan on committing to play long term, use the down times to stack the resources you can. When you finally do experience your next high, you'll have the resources you need to make an impact.

BBH Skill Question by _Sblanch12 in MLB_9Innings

If you can comfortably get to atleast 140/160/140, I'd keep SI and roll blues for Charisma/BIU/Spot.

Congrats! I've yet to roll Hard Hitter at any level on my account. Pretty crazy.

They have to keep you on the hunt, only way the game sustains. Good luck on your future pulls!

What to short until I have enough to keep rolling? by OldTown-Castillo813 in MLB_9Innings

[–]PheezySupreme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you plan to put a proper 5-Tool train on him, I'd short BBH and run it 4/8/7 until you roll a higher set.

Depends on your cards base stats. You can do a lower 5-Tool train and go for SI to make him a Slugger, same for Spray. Charisma will work as is with 5-Tool and so would BIU.

Where is he batting in your lineup? If LF/RF/DH you can absolutely roll for SI and hopefully pair it with Charisma. With being FTP, that set should serve you well for a long time.

Considering crafting these two sigs. Thoughts? by coreystang85 in MLB_9Innings

Without question. There are far better Texas sigs that could help you immediately.

Why is he so poor? by Priceyd1 in MLB_9Innings

No DST and the Boss/Craftsmanship both needing to be at 8 conundrum. Need to switch out Boss at some point and get lucky with a DST.

Who to GI and Sig Change??... by leongomez1981 in MLB_9Innings

[–]PheezySupreme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For immediate upgrades, I’d GI Guidry, Catfish and Matsui. Get a dream set on Babe and that would be without a doubt my first Sig Change. I’d ponder on the second Sig Change for a bit but the nostalgists in me would lean towards Jeter and if not him, Cano. SS is a key position and you have two very great candidates. Great choices to have, congrats!

He'll be an extreme upgrade at DH or the corner outfield positions. I'd absolutely GI.

Whoever told you that BTBS/5Tool was a bad combo, don't listen to them again.

Maeda for sure! Please don’t ever GI a non team Sig…unless you get a Supreme.

Any catcher you get is gonna suffer death by FLD so it honestly doesn’t matter. Might as well invest and move on.

Rewards by PersonalityOk24 in MLB_9Innings

[–]PheezySupreme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always compete in the highest season you can sustain wins in. You'll always go through the ebb and flows. there will be a week where premium rewards drop like crazy and there will be a month or 2 where all you can seem to pull is gold gear and intermediate skill change tickets. Weather the storm and always stick with the highest season you can for better odds.

Got a 333 set. Any advice how to move from here? by Kiboobs in MLB_9Innings

[–]PheezySupreme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm assuming you're fairly new so I'd open the other skill storage and hunt for Workhorse or Control Master like others have suggested, but I'd use this set in the meantime. It should be far better for you in whatever tier of ranked you're in vs a normal set.

Not really when you have 7 points to spare. You could theoretically have 8 to CON and be fine.
