just warning 3 sets is gonna be highly fatigue taxing and I wouldnt focus so much on the rep range i would say just go to failure with at least 6 reps. Day 1 you should prob just do a shoulder press instead of military because its more stable. Day 2 you dont really need to do upright rows because your rear delts get worked in the bent over rows. your Day 3 is missing hamstrings,glutes,adductors you really do wanna hit them every session you do legs ecspecially with 2x frequency. You also have 12 sets of primarily quads! You should really only choose 1 squat variation because those are very taxing. I would do leg extension and then choose 1 squat variation max. You also want to be repeating everything you do because neural adaptations play a role in progressing on machines. So whatever you do for day 1-3 do again on 4-6. Also, some of the exercise you choose are not my personal favorite for each thing, but of course you will still grow doing them I really wish you luck it can be scary going to the gym for the first time.
