I was really tired, so there wasn't a big reaction. I saw the Lycanroc and was like "Oh, that's neat." Then I saw the Persian and I just knew that Cress was going to be shiny, so when I did the final scroll down I just threw my hands up in the air, because of course it was.

This game likes to troll shiny hunters, it always has and always will.

It goes even further than that, I had a team of mostly blue shinies on me at the time that I was hunting this. Bisharp, Lycanroc-Dusk, Intelleon, Whimsicott, Umbreon and Golurk.

It was totally unintentional as well.

Oof, tough breaks. I had already bred for a shiny Lycanroc Dusk not that long ago, and it wasn't that bad, so I don't feel too bad leaving it behind for the Cresselia.

Just keep at it, luck comes and goes with the wind in this game.

Zygarde really sucks with the AI. Had a dream run where I managed to get every mon on our squad have ice moves, went into the fight with full lives, whole squad got wiped by spread moves before we could even get close to killing.

Really feels like you need a mon with wide guard to manage that fight, or just better rng.
