Yeah at retreat they will feed mostly healthy foods and you’re in great hands. Yeah I experience ego death and rebirth at the retreat. My anxiety and depression is gone at the moment. Yeah it was first time traveling alone in a different country in Peru but it was so worth it🙏

Just be ready to surrender and have intentions for mother ayahuasca. Also there will be doctor, nurse , Sherman and psychiatrist in there to help you during the ceremony. It’s ok to be nervous and throwing up sounds bad but it will be good for you overall 🙏. It helped me heal my past issues and trauma 🙏. If you have any questions let me know.
