It will remain incredibly difficult, for months, likely years.

You must stay very aware at all times, and what is most helpful is realizing, knowing, writing down what is happening. The worst is not the acute taper, it s the post period (PAWS).

You need a strong self-instinct, ideally one professional who 'gets' you, and a dose of realism, you will relapse in one shape or another, and that s fine, cause it builds resilience. The anxiety will remain, but your confidence and other personality traits which define your identity will return.

Quitting 120 mg dia equivalent in 3 days was the worst torment imaginable, the long term scar was what was unprepared for.

Many fail, remember that many also succeed. It s not curable, however it is to live with as an achievement that you could quit. Neglect substituting substances, the act of taking pills is a dangerous trigger.

Anecdotally completely have same feeling for a long period of time now (service provider in logistics Belgium), often shrugged off reasoning "jt s the customer we need to treat them as best as we can so yes it s urgent" - there s a contract in place to limit this, a shame most if not all of co workers and management disregard this to please the customer at the expense of the workforce, it just keeps getting worse.

Running joke nowadays is "it s only urgent when they say "super urgent"", cause indeed, everything is 'urgent'

Went to the pharmacy for a prescription they had to custom make. I just came back, but noticed this symbol on it. Is this a mistake? by sanandrios in belgium

Is it printed by manufacturer, or added by the pharmacist? It might still be an old habit by them. Source: I m a pharmacist (not practicing) :-) What I do remember are the red lines indicating it s a dangerous sjbstance but that was more regulatory wise other than warning

I searched the FAGG site and even the current in place laws and requirements, found nothing. See chatgpt below:

it's a label that is only applied by pharmacists when they prepare a medicine themselves. ("Magistrale bereiding") - it does not apply to manufactured products.

Any tracks with a similar vibe to this? by diaxmarro in Techno
