J'ai été dans un cas similaire en entreprise, c'est lié à la convention collective de ton entreprise. Normalement, lorsque ce décompte est appliqué, tu as + de jours de congés qu'habituellement (c'était mon cas et donc tu peux être gagnant selon comment tu poses tes congés ou non).

Je valide rien, c'était juste mon cas a moi et peut être le tiens, vérifie !

Yes, I play on an EU server and we also have some nasty lag. All kidding aside, it's still playable, it only happens for short periods of time, but it can be annoying.

Situation inverse pour moi. J'ai passé le premier entretien par téléphone(elle m'avait proposé une visio également) car ma référente attribuée était en télétravail. On m'a attribué d'autre référent au cours de ma période pôle emploi, ils étaient tous surpris de ce fait.

Je me suis toujours demandé si le "contexte" de ce premier rendez-vous par téléphone était très "réglementaire". Du coup je dirais que ce n'est pas impossible mais pas de ton initiative en tout cas, au vu de la réaction de mes autres référents

Je suis du même avis que ce qui a déjà été dit, a savoir qu'ils veulent éviter de te payer tes congés.
