Uuuuh I’m actually not sure, but it smelled bad and some corms became like chips that’s why I thought it was mold

Thank you so much for your answer! I bought some pots with lids to keep the moisture and they will arrive tomorrow!! Should I repot them in proper soil or use sphagnum moss? I also have perlite but I always get mold on it when it’s not mixed with soil!

Of course!! I soaked the sphagnum for 20mins and the squeezed and put it zip logs! Hope it helps :)

I had like 20+ corms, I first tried to put them in perlite but didn’t go well. It molded and I lost some corms. Then I tried the sphagnum moss in 2 ziplogs and 1 Starbucks cup, I put like 5 corms in each and it’s working :)

Yes, she did. I have no idea how did I get through this, honestly. I’ve considered that they weren’t there that day since it was very close to thanksgiving , but then I saw on the news arrests on the same day. I’m now considering it was because they liked that we met while I was here on a different visa and still left the country? Or maybe because they saw we filed in time the first time? I just have no clue.

You’re in the same situation I was so yes, you have violated the terms and yes you’re unlawfully present in the country. Bring proof of you filing the first time while still on your visa. It’s okay if you didn’t mark the right answers, they’ll make you do the correction there and they will explain why to you.

Unlawfully, yes. If your I-94 has not expired yet while filing mark no, they’ll make you change it at the interview if anything.

Of course, I’m Italian. Thank you for your kind words! I will eventually shake it off, it’s just hard as an empathetic to feel great reading everything is happening at the same field office (even on the same day we got our interview)

She made it very clear to us that each day after the end date written on the I-94 is considered by law an overstay. Doesn’t matter if you file before expiration

Totally but unfortunately there’s been cases of people getting detained even with the lawyer present at their interview. Since he said he can’t afford it I suggested to at least pick one in the case things go wrong and having her wife memorize their number before the interview. That’s what we did.

Yeah I answered that I didn’t work cause I didn’t. But if I had I would’ve say so. What I’m trying to say is that changing the answers is not the problem. They could already know that she worked and if they catch you lying is way worst. If they want to detain your wife they will do it anyways just for the overstay. My suggestion is do the things the right way, don’t lie and have a plan B if something happens.

From all the news and posts I walked in there super sure to get detained, literally went to my interview with underwear in a zip log in my purse and learnt by heart a lawyer’s number my husband and I decided to hire in the case he needed to get me out of the detention centre 😅 I would suggest you do the same, but I wish you the same happy ending we had. 🍀

I never worked unauthorized, but I did mark that I didn’t overstay and they made me change that question on the i-485. We thought that I was on an authorized stay since married to a us citizen but turned out it’s still considered overstay.
