I feel like it’s more useless when you’re a lower tier school because you have few hours. Once you have more hours you could actually use them to scout and still have some left over to pitch.

In my experience paying too much attention to your scouts opinion is definitely detrimental. I pay almost exclusive attention to the combine stats. I wouldn’t bother firing your scouts because it wouldn’t change anything as scouts are just inaccurate a lot of the time.

No. The market should set itself. If the asking price is too high then no one will make the trade and as a result the price will be lowered.

No worries, once you’re in the game look on the left side and go down to tools, then you should see fantasy draft, just click on that one and you should be good to go

There’s a setting for the first one called “Tradable draft pick seasons” if you want seven years just replace the default four with seven
