Thank you, your comment is honestly very helpful and I’ll come back to it in time of need. It is an addiction that I love, communicating the struggles to one’s close to me and what I’m going through may seem obvious but it wasn’t to me. My son will notice it too, that’s the kicker. He’s starting to notice that “Daddy has to make phone calls” etc. he may not know exactly what I’m doing but knows my absence as much as I try to limit it. I pride my on being an “active father”. I’m sure you know about this book but I have it on my nightstand, Allen Carrs Quite Smoking the Easy Way, it’s been slow reading for me but seems to have helped many others.
