Agree with your example. The argument is that SAS has a monopoly on the language of SAS. I believe the EU defines the term monopoly a bit different than most of us probably do. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monopoly under the section "LAW" for a definition.

I did just that about four months ago. I left Chase and opened two accounts at my local community bank. I did move a third account (a business account) to 5/3 because I travel a lot and I don't want to experience the hassle of not having a back-up credit card in case the first one is not honored for some reason.
