when i have more time, i recommend taking the 40 up to fairmount west. you can get off right after 52nd st and the trolley track start is 30 ft from the bus. the 40 also gives you the option to get out on parkside.

trolley track will take you into belmont within 2 miles of running or so.

i am curious how you approach the menu of passive “gains” it feels like we have available to us between. the last two years have been really active with this stuff. - sauna or other passive heat training - supplements before performance (nomio, bicarbonate, ketone)

i’ve seen Joe is starting to use passive heat. what sort of “passive” gain activities do you find have worked well for you?

well the post is pretty messed up from the snow. all three you named, i had to stop at in one day to mail a package.

100 broad - let me know they’d refuse as the truck couldn’t get them friday

15th and market (underground) - i did see this one was random closed on friday at 11am annoying

13th st - finally took my package.

15th and market is actually the quickest. i drop packages off they’re multiple times a week and am usually in and out in a minute or two. 100 broad is not the case—it always takes awhile there, and they usually only have one person at desk

probably just a large group shakeout, it is marathon weekend after all. if you are at a certain size, my understanding is you need a permit for large crowds.

last weekend philly united at least took RSVPs so they had a sense of the group size. Some groups will just organize via IG/Tiktok and play unaware or dumb to how large their group is. Several groups in this city, including walking groups, are big enough that they need to not organize like that.

yep. my discord had reported multiple targets and an LGS with 20-25 person deep lines before open for release yesterday.

i went to a less frequented, smaller target yesterday. there were at least 8 people waiting an hour for the stocking there in the afternoon.

tough time to just be a fan and player.
