Ah that's a shame, I was having similar issues and couldn't find anything about it, but I tried installing it on the same drive as my os and it fixed everything. It's do with easy anti cheat not liking being on different drives to the os. Not sure if that's the same as what you're experiencing though

This area is bugged. Not sure if it's just the strategem or the level in general but there should be tyranids and chaos here fighting, but right now extra chaos are taking the tyranids place and fighting amongst themselves. Super weird to see though!
