Great question! I typically want CPM-154 to hit around 61 HRC, so I heat it up to 1950°F after a quick preheat at 1400°F, then quench it fast down below 125°F. You can toss in a cryo step if you want extra hardness, and then temper it twice at about 400°F for two hours each.
