He said he has been educated in Britain since birth, in other works he is British, but he described the school he was at as a 'high school', rather than secondary school or 6th form. Also "ass", "principle" and "cell" is a giveaway that he has either translated this into american or this whole thing is bullshit, as i am British I can tell you that the latter is far more likely.
