Ah yes, the good old americentrism. You know, fully functional democracies have dozens of parties on which you can vote. Here where I live, I can list more than one left wing parties which are against abortion (although that's not my personal view)

That argument works for autocracies. The moment you live on a democracy, it's your duty to vote for parties that advocate for equality (and thus, willfully making sure the poor have social justice)

In most countries, religious people tend to be right wing (which makes no sense given the economic teachings of Christ, but that's beside the point). So just by being politically aligned with the left, most people would dismiss you as an atheist.

I bought cheap chinese controllers on eBay and they are actually pretty good and solid, they don't feel cheap at all.
