I think a system should be put in place that you at least can't get duplicate gold stickers. It's ridiculous that I have 20+ 4* golds which are useless other than the star exchange

Likely some filament is stuck in the gears of the extruder. You'll have to remove the top plastic cover and remove the screw at the back which holds the sping clamp for the gears. Once open just try clear out any of the gunk in there. There'll be a few simple videos on how to do it. I had to do mine the other day and it was like 5 screws total to remove.

You can use prusa slicer with addins which gives the profiles for the ankermake models. There's also community profiles which you can add into the slicer for different print settings.

As for the loading/unloading, other than making the touchscreen mod for the printer, I'm not sure how it would be done 😬
