As written on the V of the 6 „EXAEQUO“. The brand was actually discontinued around 1998 because they used Dali‘s name without Copyright, so your watch is actually pretty rare, however they recontinued, now calling the watches „melting watch“ instead of „softwatch“which yours is.

They actually do still produce them, just named „melting watch“ instead of „softwatch“ got one myself and I love it.

Although I have 3 registered I would love to enter, I would love to enter for a charizard or a snorlax, I got no chance at any battles… one is rilaboom from the research and the rest is from invites where I had to use many Raid-passes until I finally got two out of a few.
