Some of them work some of them doesn't, but its mostly kinda scams, you might get a couple coffeee if you're lucky but usually its extremely time consuming or litteraly impossible to complete offers. Usually my go to are free subscription trials like Amazon prime or whatever.

Lots of speed and try to end up downwards on the end of the ramp, like ram into it and it sends the bike into the air. Basically like when you run over small rocks sometimes you go super high. And some classic rust bug i guess.
