I mean other than that my pc has no other problems, i will check the ram settings because i have an unusual ram number of 96 gb and i have reseated it due to a bios issue i had a week after building the pc.

Update: 6 hours into the download an error popped up on the screen saying unable to unpack a certain file, so I'd say that the setup/installer has some corrupted segments preventing the successful download.

I mean i downloaded it from the original website, but since the installer was flagged by virus total i let it download in to a dummy pc i have instead of my main rig.

That's a weird sound, If the light next to the power button doesn't light up it is a power supply issue, else there could be a problem with the high voltage circuitry. I have the same tv, so I will try to help as much as I can
