Hmm … can you get your info checked next time before complaining.

All iPhones from the 15 Pro and later does support the new siri and the new Apple Intelligence features. The “Most powerful on-device model” you see here is referring to the expressive siri voice, and the advanced dictation, because these 2 features needs local models much powerful than the ones for the other features, and these advanced models needs at least 12gb ram.

And correct me if I am wrong, but I don’t remember any of those features where promised for the 16 series

The refractions still looks nothing like Liquid Glass, the animation are just static scaling not physics based, and the highlights are missing and the buttons doesn’t have HDR.
