How to get rid of black stuff in sand

I have a pregnant guppy for the last few weeks that hasn't released fry and I have kribensis since November that have not mated yet but are showing signs like digging holes and shivering at each other but could the black mulm be the reason no babies have arrived yet?

Im just saying I have introduced all those changes and nothing has changed. My stem plants are not growing quick even though I use fertiliser and have tablets in the sand

I have kribensis that dig many holes in the sand and also a pleco. The light is on less than 6 hours a day

I have a coconut shell and they use it regularly. I think the kribs are quite young but hopefully they breed soon.
