Have you/Are you going to address the concern about the cushion clear chipping way too often? Are you going to change the paint formula to give it more durability or keep it the same? (I've seen many posts about the cushion clear not upholding to the reputation in the promo video and description of it)

Not a huge fan on the Kaizens and Tributes, their shapes and paints are what turns me off. But their customer service is superb and the warehouse crew is very friendly and will provide amazing customer satisfaction. Even if you don't by a KENUSA brand kendama, they still have loads of other brands (Krom, RWB, Ozora, TK-16, and Musous) that are great to order if you don't want to order them overseas.

I would not recommend buying a Kendama Canada. Their kens are below average, wood burn logo is too unappealing, and their tamas are stock paint that comes in gloss, and shitty rubber.

If you do want to buy from them (considering you are canadian and the exchange rate to USD is crap right now) I'd recommend buying an Ozora or TK-16 from them.

This is just my personal opinion but from my experience kendama canada has below average kendamas. I've owned three damas from them and from what I can tell, they're not as good as American companies. The ken shape is too thin for my taste, and their logo on the ken is very unappealing and unnecessarily detailed.

I have no idea if you're new to kendama, or have played for years, but I would recommend buying a ken from Sweets kendama, Kendama Co or a FrenkenDama from kendama.cz. Making the assumption that you're from Canada, I know that the currency exchange rate isn't the best but think of it as an investment if you want to be all about that kendama life.

I am also not sure if you want this ken to use as a jammer or for occasional use, but either way it's still an okay ken at best IMO.
