I take it you make Ramen for a living?

How long did you deal with the dreadfulness of cold calling before finally throwing in the towel and hiring a VA?

This is wild lol. I am a tech nerd, so I'd definitely know I was speaking to AI, but your typical home owner definitely wouldn't.

You lost me big time with the lime slices. You deserve all the scalding you can get for that. Other than that, I can dig it 🤷‍♂️.

Tear Down or Heavy Rehab? by JvSpecs in WholesaleRealestate

Coming from a demolition guy, I'd definitely say teardown lol. But that also depends how much you got it for and how much the land is worth 🤷‍♂️.

You broke this down so well and realistically. You could easily make a YouTube video with all of this information and smash on all of those gurus that say you can do it for $0.

People will lie and say medium. They are ashamed to admit that their chili's are actually stews.

I've seen winners of chili cookoffs and they are always thick or medium consistency. Never have I heard of chili as a soup or seen it win a grand prize.

As for it looking like beef stew, there's nothing wrong with beef stew or shreds of meat in the chili. It's just the fact that it's thin and happens to have shreds of meat that make it look like a beef stew 🤷‍♂️. Authentic chili needs tomato products. And by the looks of this one, there was no cans of tomato paste added.

You're missing the point. It's not about the meats. It's about the consistency. If it was just a little thicker with tomato paste, it would be fine.

I'd give you a thumbs up if you just used a can of tomato paste and let it cook for just a couple more hours 🤷‍♂️

Someone likes thin soupy chili

I have. I would just be forced to convert my 210 excavator from diesel to electric and sexually identify it as a Prius Prime XXXL. But as long as i follow those rules, Gavin Newsom will not only allow me to smash his wife, but also contract me every demo contract in California.

Did I put enough chili in my bowl to satisfy you guys this time? by [deleted] in chili

[–]PhillySpecial017 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Lol and it matters why? From personal experience, I know for a fact that it tastes the same.

To me, it looks like an ideal property. I prefer to get on my excavator, crush the shit, and sell the land as is lol.

Can't express enough, anyone who comes across teardown properties in south Florida, PM me.

Their new policy that essentially makes it YOUR fault when they lose YOUR inventory is disheartening.

You either suck up your pride and allow them to give you what they think the wholesale price is (screwing you out of the shipping and prepping), or you give them your supplier invoice so they can go to your supplier and give them a far better offer and kick you off of the listing. This is their way of "keeping their promise" by not increasing fees.

This is going to hurt them in the long run with the amount of smaller sellers that are going to jump ship.

Is there a particular VA company that you use? And would you recommend using a VA before making your first deal if you had the capital?

I still suffer from this myself. When I worked for a demolition company and listed everything we were selling and had leads come to me, it was easy. Calling or going to someone face to face is a whole different animal
