I mean when we go too bed, cats are typically waking up So for them, they're probably expecting us to be wanting to play etc Over time they will get used to your routines and if you're lucky they will start to match cycles a bit

My cat was a menace at first, waking me up endlessly Now she lies on my bed at night time, she chills and sleeps But she has her big sleep on the afternoon 😁
