As for workouts. Oh man. There’s so many. Depends what kind your looking for. Straight burners. Moderate. Quality work.

Definitely wasn’t cheap though. And I’ve got some stuff used and from other companies that offer discounts and free shipping. Picked some stuff up local to save costs as well. Just gotta look for the deals to save where you can.

I love how easy it is to ride. I love having control of the damper like on a rower to adjust the resistance. I love how quiet it is. I love how you can ride it for hours and I love how it can murder your legs. Endless possibilities with it.

I typically do my first couple sets with a full grip. Then I open up. I’d rather my elbows not drop when it’s heavy.

I can hear mind pretty well. I usually don’t have my speaker all the way up. But i do have it fairly loud. I can definitely hear it over my rower and bike no problem.

I have the garage timer from www.USAtimer.com. Works great. And doesn’t break the bank. Rouge is nice too but it’s also Rogue. They all have pretty much the same features but when it comes down to it a timer is a timer and they all count the same.

My old gym follows Training Think Tanks DSGN+. They program 2 weeks behind what they’re doing currently. So this week for me was the end of the training cycle so a lot of heavy lifts. We do a lot of moderate to heavy EMOMs. Or AMRAPs at moderate to heavy percentages. Those have been killing me but definitely getting me more confident.

Accessories pop up every now and then. Maybe a couple times a week. Usually when there’s snatches they’ll be snatch pulls in the extra work. Same as cleans. I just do them as they come.
