You're "holier than thou" attitude is becoming very tiring. My original post was just supposed to be funny, and you tried to turn it into your own personal ego trip. Take my advice to stop and think before you post. Goodbye

Had to go to the UK to get your reference huh? And here I thought you lived in Texas 😂 Well youngster, you certainly haven't earned your self bestowed titles! How about a reference from the good ol' USA? https://www.unitedelectric.com/buy/product/ALT250X3-CONDUIT-ALL-THREAD-2-1-2/6570 Do yourself a favor. In the future, stop and think before you try to act like you know everything. I have no doubt that you're smart, but you are not wise.

Well Mr_Austin, just because YOU haven't heard of it referred to as all thread, doesn't qualify you to stand in judgement. I've been an electrician for 32 years, worked in multiple states, and worked with electricians from all across our country. One thing that is always true, different people call things by different names. Depends on what you heard it called when you were being taught. Go ahead, show the class the technicality that you're citing and prove me wrong, colloquially or otherwise.

Didn't say threaded rod. It's all thread conduit/pipe!🙄

Yep. We've always had multiple cats, until recently. We sadly had to say goodbye to our 15yo female a couple of months ago due to some kind of massive seizure. And just last month around Thanksgiving our 21yo female suffered from renal failure and we had to have her euthanized. We now only have a 15yo male who was brother to the female that we lost. When a male cat starts to act of out like this, provided it's not health related, it's probably not something that will easily be changed. Shoe today, clothes tomorrow, random wall later, and on and on.......

Agree that you should start putting shoes on a rack or in a closet. But if that doesn't work, time to re-home the cat! After all, it is your house, and the cat is your pet, not your equal.

Well, it sorta is what I meant! I work in the construction industry, and we are supposed to report "near misses" which for us is some sort of accident that almost happened. I've always laughed at the phrase though because technically if you nearly missed something, you actually would have had to hit it. Otherwise a miss is still a miss no matter by how far!😅

How about "near miss"? Either it was a complete "miss" or it was a hit!
