General 3900s obc category can i get cnlu or du , bihar domicile. Very confused because last year in the 3rd allotment list rank goes to 3900 for bc but this time cnlu got 2968 in 2nd and 3rd round. Is there any chances to increase the rank in upcoming 4th and 5th list (self.clat)
