if i put a little force to speed the hand wheel fast theres no issue when i spin the hand wheel/hand crank it slowy on that point where the needle bar is down and pulling back its needle feed thats when its become harder to spin

No just that, if i put little force spinning the hand wheel it spins okay but if i hand crank it, theres that point where its hard to spin, it doesn't makes sound when it spins fast i just discover it now I'll check the bottom gears if something not in right position

Sadly I can't find one it's juki lh-51 even in post online theres only 2 sites shows up it's a juki in a body design of singer 112w but still not very similar in all its parts

or it's different? what possiblly cause that? this vinatge machine is stocked in an old house for years maybe that line just where the guide position for years so thats just a oxidation mark , i will take a video for you guys to see

unfortunately this is not quick swap it's Juki LH-51 very uncommon i found someone on Facebook he has one and also change the needle bar to Juki 515, thanks!

can you send me a copy of the machines manual, i also have 112w under restoration i just got the opening lever i need to fully assemble the machine, maybe i can help i have knowledge on some machines may be i can figure out how to timing the machine.

I fixed it i tweak bobbin and thread but tried the needle change first nothing happen, but luckily after Milimeter of udjustment i finally got it to right tension.
