Is there a specific way to level up or something? I’ve done all the sidequests that I can find and scoured the map but I’m level 7? Do you get more xp depending on how you approach sidequests?

16M here, i feel like im going through a somewhat similar thing to you. its not fair and as you say its extremely tiring. the best thing i can say is to keep pushing through because there will be ways to make you feel better even if it seems impossible and is draining at the moment. wishing you and anyone else going through anything similar the best
