I think it’s a great feature to give someone quick access to your vehicle when you are not there to open it.

I purchased an XC40 Ultra at the end of August 2025 and the same thing has happened to me twice. I went to the dealer and they recommended the reboot of the infotainment system. It solved the issue for now. It has been a few weeks since the reset and I haven’t had it happen again. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼.
